Lenny Petigny
LENNY's career spans diverse roles in the energy industry. He started as an application engineer with Alstom in Canada and later joined GE where he held various international technical positions, eventually taking on a leadership role overseeing projects in Asia. He then transitioned to the consulting division of Black & Veatch in Singapore, focusing on project finance, strategy management and asset monitoring for both conventional and renewable energy.
Today, Lenny leverages this 30-year foundation in two complementary ways: as a strategic consultant providing energy transition and sustainability advisory to organizations, and as an impact investor providing capital and mentorship to entrepreneurs in low-income countries. His investing focus supports sustainable businesses—across sectors like agriculture, technology, or healthcare—that drive social equity and economic development.

A strategic leader with over 22 years of operational experience in multiple sectors including Oil & Gas, Mining, Wind Power, Supply Chain Logistics, Facility Management and Food Services spanning 30 countries across Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, Canada, and the Middle East.
As a leader of transformation, Sian has developed strategic roadmaps, management systems and projects in Sustainability and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) for high performance multinational organisations including DHL, Vestas and Sodexo, with regional workforces spanning upwards in size to 70,000 employees.
As a confident communicator and influencer, Sian thrives in environments where she can work with passionate teams or individuals to deliver sustainable strategic change and drive the process of maturation of organisational culture, bringing value addition to clients.
